- Deliveries are charged based on location. Orders in the GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, North York, Scarborough) will be charged upwards of $55 for drop off, as well as $55 for pickup
- Anything deliveries outside this area will be charged at $1.95/km from our yard at 6 Hyde Ave, Toronto.
- Equipment/material will be dropped at the location mentioned by the customer, but at the discretion of the driver. The driver will not leave equipment/material where he/she may feel it is unsafe or illegal.
- Senso maintains the authority to decide the date, time, manner and method of delivery and where the products will be placed at the addressed provided on the Shipment Invoice.
- We are not responsible for any damages to driveways and/or surrounding areas.
- Without an open account, all deliveries must be paid before any material is unloaded. Payment can be made in store, over the phone or cash to the driver are all welcome.
- Your slotted delivery time will be confirmed by phone or email from one of our CSR’s.
- Deliveries are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Deliveries will be made based on weather conditions. We do not want to ruin material while delivering and so deliveries may be delayed if the weather does not permit delivery.
